As a landscape photographer from the picturesque town of Cork, I have an affinity for nature and its serene beauty. I especially appreciate cozy accommodations with breathtaking views, and this stay truly exceeded my expectations. Nestled on the edge of the charming village of Saint-Hippolyte, I was delighted by the tranquil surroundings of vine-covered hills. The hosts were exceptionally kind and attentive, ensuring that my every need was met. The spacious room offered a restful king-sized bed and stunning views of both the vineyard and impeccably maintained gardens. Each morning began with an outstanding buffet breakfast that featured local specialties, including delightful pastries, fresh eggs, and aromatic coffee. The opportunity to sample the excellent wines produced right on the estate, while relaxing in the lovely outdoor space, added an unforgettable touch to my experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this enchanting hideaway and look forward to returning for another delightful stay.
